Some people are collaborative by nature - and for others, it takes much more effort to collaborate.
In your current role, what inspires collaboration, and how do you facilitate it?

I think for me it's the bouncing of ideas off each other. I tend to organise it using large whiteboards and post-it notes!

It’s the same as creating music. If I know I have the vision and need a pianist or a cellist I can look for one.
Sometimes someone is so unique in their talents it inspires a project.
If you have a front end genius or a NodeJs master, it can easily inspire a collaboration.
