So true! Most people don't realize how much sheer grit it takes. Getting a startup off the ground means constantly adapting to setbacks and wearing many unglamorous hats. Success comes from persevering through the difficult times when progress feels slow. Hustle is important, but the day-to-day grind and problem-solving is what really makes or breaks a startup in my experience.

It's not all glamorous hustle. Lots of unglamorous grind and setbacks behind the scenes.

A common misconception about launching a startup is that success hinges primarily on the idea. While a solid idea is important, it's often the execution, adaptability, and team that make or break a startup. Many people believe if they just had the "right idea," everything else would fall into place. But the truth is, even a great idea can falter without proper validation, market fit, and resilience. At the end of the day, it's the hustle, the willingness to adapt, and the team’s synergy that are more crucial than any single “perfect” idea.

For sure, a common misconception is that startups are all about the glitz and glam. Behind the scenes it's a lot of late nights, setbacks, and doing the unglamorous work to keep things going. The hustle is real but it's not as sexy as it seems from the outside looking in.
