What is one mental health question you have that you've always wondered about?
As someone who's on his own mental health journey I have so many questions that I go around looking for, it changes but one always exists. I feel like talking about it openly has helped me come closer to an answer. What is yours? let's talk without judgment. My current one is "How do i accept my mental health progress and acknowledge its non-linearity?". Share yours!

My main mental health question is around how to manage anxiety without relying too heavily on medication. I'm curious to explore more natural approaches like mindfulness, exercise, therapy, etc. and would love to hear others' experiences with finding the right balance. It's a journey for sure!
@marygarcia I know how this sounds like self promotion but its the same journey that led me to create Nuora. We are focused at providing affordable and accessible mental health support through technology for people experiencing anxiety, panic and depression. But I think there are so many alternates now a days to medications. Personally I find different things work for me at different times depending on my lifestyle.
I've always wondered how different coping strategies impact long-term mental health
@aztec_elric Oooo! I like that! Like its not a very simple question to answer because people perceive experiences differently and that could affect their take on things completely so same coping mechanisms could have totally different long term effects on different people.
