Hey, all! Hope you are having a lovely (and productive) week😉
What is something small that boosts your productivity? For me, it must be the sun coming from my window, coffee, or a good night of rest. I also value music and random breaks throughout the day in which I do something different (e.g pilates, a german lesson, reading, etc)
What about you?

Keeping water at my desk and consistently staying hydrated.

@nikkielizdemere Hi) It is very interesting point but for me aside from keeping water at the desk very important to track my daily water intake. I am curious how many people do it)
@nikkielizdemere Soo important!

Setting a weekly goals on a home screen of my phone. I just choose 3 most important tasks for a week, and put it in Google To-Do widget. So, i see the tasks everytime I unlock my phone. It may sound strange, but it really works for me :) It gives me focus during the week, and i'm not falling into trap of doing something (seemingly) urgent, but not exactly important. And in the end of the week i get the feeling of gratification, because i know i did something really important, not just random staff
Plus, reminding myself that any task is not just a task. For accomplishing task you get a reward (money) :))) This also helped me a lot
@ilya_uglianitsa Hmmm, nice point about seeing the tasks all time. Thx for advise )
A mix of what people mentioned: water :), bike, art-related hobby, short breaks, physical whiteboard, waking up early to make some extra things in the morning (not only prepare to work).

Writing down your task before starting the day
@daksh_bhardwaj Absolutely!!
A physical white board. It completely changed how often I kept doing my chosen habits to develop. I just hate seeing an empty space on any day on my handmade calendar on it.
Focus Bear
Selecting productive apps and websites in advance and then using my app focusbear.io to block everything else out so I stay on task.
Working in 90 minute spurts with breaks in between (sometimes long, sometimes short)
Changing where I work, not for a different company but going to work in a different place or a different room in the house.
People have often said that a change is as good as a rest.
@andrew_isherwood1 I'm constantly changing rooms or places within the same room where I work
@andrew_isherwood1 I absolutely agree! When (once in a while) I work at a coworking space or café, I feel like my focus improves by a lot! Thanks for sharing :)

Taking small breaks during work has a huge effect on my productivity.
Honestly, trying to get more sleep
@joanne_hurleyv1 Absolutely!
In my view it completely depends on person to person, my rule is to have small breaks and engage in some soothing music with a cup of coffee, it works for me.
Working in a small cave-like office at The Yard. I have terrible ADD and this keeps me hyper focused. No distractions at all!
Since working from home, I have a space for work that I don't use for anything else. This is a luxury and not always possible depending on space at home, but having a space that I only use for work helps me get into "work" mode.
@fran_bookmarkllama Sounds amazing! This is exactly what I need hahah

- Some good lo-fi music during my work really helps me stay calm and composed.
- Exercising daily gives a massive boost in energy. Drinking lots of water throughout the day helps too.
- Focus modes on my phone to block all social media from distracting me.
- Watching an episode of some sitcom during my lunchtime to take my mind off work and lighten up my mood.
