What is the best tool for enriching B2C customer data

Use Case: you have an eCommerce store and you know your customer's name and email but you'd also love to know things like the number of their Twitter followers ➜ how can you get this information? I know that Intercom is pretty good with this but are there other tools specifically designed for enriching B2C customer profiles? Thanks in advance.
