Flexible hours are awesome, but sometimes it's tough to switch off, or you miss out on chatting with the team. Still, worth it if your company makes sure you've got tools to stay connected!

@h_anil_yarimca Yea. I think the main problem is that some team members are not present when they should be and that creates a whole lot of new problems.

I think flexible working hours are helpful in maintaining a good work-life balance. However, it also means that you have to set your own boundaries and manage your time wisely. In my experience, without a clear schedule, procrastination can easily take over, leaving everything to the last minute

@lili_pentek Agree. Some people arrive 2-3 hours late and that makes lots of problems.

n my opinion the main disadvantages are: Burnout, as due to the flexible schedule you are often on call after hours Lack of proper control over the speed and quality of task completion
