I was trying to change a light bulb when I accidentally broke the glass. The glass shattered, and shards of glass went everywhere. I had to clean up the mess for hours, and I ended up with a few cuts on my hands.

I was trying to paint a picture when I accidentally spilled paint all over the floor. The paint was bright red, and it stained the carpet. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to get the paint out.
