Resilience and perseverance. No matter how good your idea or team is, you'll face countless setbacks and obstacles as a founder. The ones who ultimately succeed are those who can pick themselves up after failures, learn from mistakes, and keep pushing forward no matter what. Thick skin and an unshakable belief in your vision are key.

To know when to stop? Or not waste your time on too many useless wants? To have a hunch for the right moment? Always know the answer to the questions "Why?" and "For what?"? To feel and to know your product's target audience?

Dedication and keeping consistency - so important
Consistency & knowing what to focus on
Resilience.
Founders need to be visionary leaders who can inspire and guide their team. They need to have a clear vision for the company's future and be able to communicate that vision effectively.
Patience, because if it's true that money grows on trees, success also comes over time and dedication
@andrea789 oh yes, patience to wait and don't do anything stupid/counterintuitive just for the sake of doing something!
Sales/selling, by far the most important.
Grit. Resourcefulness. Sales Skills.
Persistence and resilience. Building a successful company is a rollercoaster ride and founders need to be able to keep pushing forward through all the ups and downs without losing motivation or giving up. Adaptability is also key - being able to pivot and change course as needed based on feedback and evolving circumstances.
The most important skill for a Founder? Adaptability! They need to pivot like a well-oiled startup when facing challenges and opportunities. Just like debugging code, flexibility is key in the founder's toolkit!
