Dang, I missed your question and just posted a similar one about which book had been more impactful than expected. Sorry for the overlap.
My answer to my own question is "Implementing Value Pricing" by Ronald J. Baker. It helped me gain confidence in making pricing decisions. Second to that would be a steady flow of reading Paul Graham's essays, they are so incredibly inspiring.
