Making a product is not easy, and anxiety can be found in almost anything, what do you think is the part that gives you most anxiety when working on your product?
Is there a method you use to combat that feeling, How do you deal with that?

I think for me it's to find the right people for beta tests or customer development calls

@demetre_mildiani1 Indeed, but you can't get that many people here for beta, for example. That many, so you can make product decisions.
@anastasiia_stepko True Anastasiia, there are very specific type of people here, early adopters who will and love to try new products. but i guess you got to find a specific community for your product like product hunt alternative and maybe make a discord community of your own you can get much more quality feedback from there

Monetizing it. Often times our potential users cheer us on as we build, and participate actively in the feedback process. But the challenges appear when it comes to the $$$ - the decision making of that is hierarchal and it is a challenge to navigate it even when users love your tool.

Taking the first step of monetization without loosing loyal users. The challenge of striking the right balance between providing value to users and capturing enough revenue to sustain the business.
Only a few products actually did a good job with satisfying users after the monetization.
Duolinguo is a good example -- they actually tried to be a language test maker, which benefits both users and higher educational institutions during Covid.

@michael_pell Yeah but no one can find as many bugs as a user who pain for the service 😂 they are the best testers for the very first product, they will tell you everything that is wrong with your product because they paid

The most anxiety-inducing part for me is the final product launch – it's like waiting for a software update to finish installing, but on a much grander scale! To combat it, I always double-check everything and remind myself that progress comes with a tinge of apprehension.
For me, ensuring our product, meets user expectations and provides a seamless experience. It can be challenging to balance feature development with maintaining product stability.
I focus on maintaining clear communication with our team and users, and we frequently test and iterate on our features.
Product direction, I'd say. It's very difficult to understand what feedback to take and what not to take before a proper product-market fit, but I guess that's the game after all ;)
One of the aspects that often gives me the most anxiety is ensuring our product meets the evolving needs and expectations of our users. Technology moves quickly, and so do user preferences and industry standards. Keeping our platform relevant and user-friendly amidst these changes can sometimes feel daunting.
When that happens i lean on my team.
We have worked hard to foster a strong internal culture of innovation and collaboration has been crucial. Our team thrives on brainstorming sessions and cross-functional discussions, which not only sparks new ideas but also builds confidence in our collective ability to tackle challenges head-on.
Ultimately, while the uncertainty inherent in product development can be anxiety-inducing, I find reassurance in our team’s dedication, our user-centric approach, and our commitment to learning and improvement.
