What is the worst thing that has happened to you during a launch?

At the time of writing Kinde has been live on Product Hunt for 3 hours. We're carrying strong at 250 upvotes and 90. So why am I upset? Kinde is currently second best to a meeting notes app that has passed 600 upvotes already. It's a killer, but at the end of the day it comes down to luck of the draw. Weeks of work to come up against one of the strongest launches of the year. So it begs the question, what are the worst things that have happened to you during a launch, or what is the worst thing that you can imagine happening during a launch? P.s.
