One of the best decisions I made was that before Covid hit, we decided to save some money in all projects. And that helped us a lot during Covid.

We had a bold growth strategy in place for our company, but the unforeseen decline in the country’s economic climate derailed our plans. With no clear indication of a quick recovery, we found ourselves facing a difficult reality. Rather than continue depleting our initial investment, we made the tough decision to halt further funding and let our initial capital go. Although this was a hard choice, it ultimately proved to be a wise one. By conserving our resources, we were able to navigate the challenging economic landscape and keep our company afloat.

Trusting my gut and not overthinking decisions! In the early stages, I wasted so much time agonizing over small choices. Now I gather key info, go with my instinct, and course correct as needed. Saves a ton of time and mental energy to put toward actually building the biz.
