@devreetdulay how do you grow your customer base on twitter? What processs do you utilize?

@rhexai I would say the biggest thing that helps is sharing content on a regular basis, don't get too focused on quantity, rather if you can even get 2 pieces out weekly but they're high quality is way more impactful!
What really helped us in in the beginning was our initial launch post, getting friends to engage with it when it first went out. Which allowed it to end up getting our product in front of so many new users.

@devreetdulay Will connect over on twitter so that we could plan a brief coffee chat - this way we could share insights on potential growth channels. I would love to learn from you and hope that's totally fine with you, Dev (:
Our product is a scheduling platform for paid meetings (https://zcal.me/0KsBu). We work with specialists such as: nutritionists, lawyers, psychologists, coaches, tutors, but also with startups.
We try many ways to grow. I think there is no one way to get it.

My best growth channel has been LinkedIn. Wasted much time and resources on Instagram and mad at myself for discovering LinkedIn late. Serious minded people there.
Our product is a B2C AI-powered, mobile landing page builder due for launch this Wednesday, 6th. Was meant to launch last week but had to postpone it due to a bug we needed to squash but now fixed.

@olenabomko for B2B and professionals, i think Linkedin is the only best i agree. No alternatives has not been there yet though!
@olenabomko LinkedIn + could outreach or LinkedIn + content marketing, I'd say it's two different channels each with own proc & cons. What's better works for you?

@olenabomko very impressive, envy you) I'd like to learn how you do it
I have been an active Twitter user and have leveraged my distribution there for close to everything, be it connecting with investors or hiring team members.
I am trying out LinkedIn too, let's see how that works out.
Our product is video software so It’s both B2B and B2C. It’s very much product led. I personally use LinkedIn a lot but I wouldn’t say that it contributes to our growth that much. I’d say it’s probably mostly partner referrals, Google ads and a bit of word of mouth. But we are launching a new product in the next few months so we hope to grow it more organically, utilising communities , personal networks and social media.

Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn for professional networking and content marketing can be highly effective. Leveraging email marketing campaigns, participating in industry events, and establishing partnerships are also potent B2B strategies. On the other hand, for B2C products, social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook can offer broad reach, while influencer marketing can enhance credibility. Additionally, optimizing for search engines, running targeted online ads, and focusing on a seamless user experience are crucial for B2C growth. Ultimately, a comprehensive approach tailored to your specific product and audience mix often yields the best results.

@olenabomko Totally forgot to add - We're B2C but it could also be considered B2SMB for our core offering - the first product is a challenge that we're rolling out but after that its a SaaS platform built for creators and I guess if you consider creators businesses we're more so B2SMB haha
