I measure team productivity by output quality, task completion rate, and the number of empty coffee mugs around the office - the emptier, the more work's getting done!

I have witnessed that running a two-week team sprint increases productivity 10x while ensuring that everyone has enough mental bandwidth to dedicate to all their tasks.
1) Ideally, we should start with a pulse check throughout the team.
2) Then we can review what they think is going well for them individually and the team and what can be improved.
3) Discussing and assigning tasks based on individual and team bandwidth
4) Make sure there is transparent communication within the team and with external teams.
Bonus- Giving the team access to resources and courses for upskilling is always good.
Team productivity for me goes beyond just output. I consider a healthy mix of factors: achieving goals efficiently (work completed vs. time spent), maintaining high quality (accuracy and positive client feedback), and fostering strong team collaboration (communication and ability to solve problems together).
