What is your favorite thing about hybrid working?

Hybird working has it's pros and cons. Initially I did find comfort avoiding all the traffic and time that is saved. However, having said that after a particular period of time it becomes underwhelming as the difference between work and home fades away. I would prefer office atmosphere along with might be a day or two remote possibility.

Personally, I like to work in office with co-workers. But sometimes, you need to stay away and work from somewhere else. So, I think hybrid working makes us more free.

My favorite thing about hybrid working is the confusion that employees and managers have about what's best for them and the organization. The folks favoring the Hybrid model keep oscillating from remote to onsite work deliberating over what is making them most productive. The best employee is one which who doesn't care where they work from. They love what they work on and can plug in from wherever they are. There are times in your life when you have to stay away from your team and still prove your worth. While at other times, you are working from the office managing folks who are somewhere on their work-vacation. The challenges in life and work keep changing, quit the debate and focus on work rather than the Hybrid!

Socializing is important but not every day:) As Spiky.ai, we work 100% remotely, but we meet and work with the teammates that live in the same city and we really enjoy it. One can work more passionate and friendly when he/she sees her/his coworkers once in a while
