What is your go to stack to create a website to share curated resources?

For reference, I am talking about something like internetcurated.com or the old stack websites.

I would love to know the stack makers are using to maintain and grow these websites.

I'd create a list in Airtable and embed on a webpage. Quick uptime and no integrations needed.
