When you have a 3 year old baby girl, your routine is to get her wake up, eat breakfast, bring her to pre-school and then go to office and that is about 8am. First thing is take out the notebook and a pen, write 7-10 to do list, things that can really impact the North Star and the team efficiency. Then do a weekly main tasks on a Google doc that the entire team share and write down the execution items for the week. Join the Monday standup with the whole team, keep it short between 15-30 mins. Then begin to work on emails and the rest of work related to the items you plan for the week.
