The idea of letting the failure control you is even more scarier. That's a bullet train to self destruction.

@kamran_khan46 absolutely but for me personally having to deal with the concencuences of failure is much scarier, rather than seeing failure as just another obstacle I have to overcome

View failure as an opportunity to learn and grow. Analyze what went wrong, identify areas for improvement, and use the experience as a valuable lesson for future endeavors.

Embrace resilience as a source of motivation. Understand that setbacks are a natural part of any journey, and the ability to bounce back and persevere in the face of adversity is a key component of success.

I've learned to celebrate small wins, no matter how minor.

After a setback, I draw motivation from the belief that each failure brings a valuable lesson, refining my approach for the next attempt. I also find it helpful to look back at past successes to remind myself that persistence can eventually lead to breakthroughs.

Be flexible and open to adapting your approach. Sometimes, failure is an opportunity to pivot and try a different strategy.

Cultivate resilience by viewing failure as a part of the journey rather than a final destination. Resilient individuals bounce back from setbacks and continue moving forward.
It's important to give yourself time to recharge. Taking breaks and stepping back from a challenging situation can provide a fresh perspective when you return.
Concentrate on the effort you put into your endeavors rather than solely on the end result. Recognize that growth and improvement are ongoing processes.

When you have a goal, even if you fail, you still know where to go.

I find it important to always keep my end goals in sight. I write them down... "what do I want the long-term outcome to be?" If I keep your eyes on that target, the shorter-term losses, setbacks, challenges, and obstacles become less overbearing.
The other key is to discover what I learned from the situation and how I can improve myself and my outcome for the next time.
Finally, I am to reguarly remind myself that life is full of advances and setbacks — as much as I want a straight line to success, it's a journey. And, every day is a new day to be a better version of myself.

That will be my success partner, he and I are both entrepreneurs and if something doesn't work out for one of us, one will motivate the other back to the top.
Do you have a success partner?
