What job/profession do you consider to be the most underrated?

There are many... the most recent for me: Funeral Director. I lost my mother overseas a couple of months ago, we did not speak fluently the language, traveled last minute, and had to navigate bureaucracy at the hospital, city council, etc. Obviously, we did not have the mindset to do this. The funeral director helped us coordinate absolutely everything. Prepared a beautiful ceremony and gave us a bit more time to grieve among the family. Before that day I would not have ever thought about that... I guess any job that deals with people in distress and alleviates the pain points are roles to praise.
