Like traditional journaling, it allows you to track your daily activities and reflect on your feelings at the end of the day. However, I noticed that over time, each journal entry tends to be forgotten, and any insights that could have been gathered are lost. This is where Habitually steps in. At the end of each day, once you have logged your feelings, a machine learning model sifts through your history and calculates the impact of your actions on your wellbeing. This way, you are not just aware of your feelings and actions; you also understand their interplay and influence over time. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this concept. As a fun exercise, perhaps you could share some strategies you have used to improve or change your life.
