I feel that motivation is overrated and it's non-constant so you shouldn't depend on it. To be really productive you need discipline to create a habit and then just GSD (get s**t done)
From discipline comes habit and form habit comes success 🚀

I am super motivated by the problem I’m solving and the team I’m solving with!! It’s wild how much energy you can get from those. I’m going on like 22 hours since we launched today (our app is Burnout Bot! Would love your support!) and it’s all because of the team!

@jtbg totally agree - no mission/vision is worth it if the culture is toxic! We actually just launched Burnout Bot today (20 mins left!) which aims to improve team culture - take a look if you have a sec! Would love your feedback:

@yannell_selman I'm definitely motivated by the team (or community) working on the same problem with me.
I could totally work on uninspiring projects with a team I love, but even the coolest projects would be ruined by toxic collaboration
If you love what you do, then you'll always ben motivated. And if/when you're not, well that is honestly okay; take a break and live life! =)

@apostolos_toptsis Very important to take a break. But the break shouldn't take long because you can actually become lazy
My family. I have pictures of them above my computer that I look at when I feel tired and lean back on my chair. Oftentimes in the chaos around us we can lose sight of the "why" behind what we're doing.
Keeping me fueled throughout my workday is the empowering sense of achievement I get from overcoming challenges, alongside the passion for what I do and the prospect of making a difference with my contributions, all wrapped up with a sprinkle of a well-structured work-life balance that keeps me grounded and resilient!
