What kind of promotions can you offer if your product is already free?

This is for an image background removal tool called UnlimitedBG. We’re launching in July and looking for additional perks to draw people to the site.

freemium model should work. Charge more for batch jobs for instance?

@sentry_co Thanks! Our business model is ad revenue, so we'd like to provide everything for free, including batch mode.

Extras and add-ons work well. Maybe premium features for a limited time, or bonus content. Another option is a referral program - users get perks for bringing in new users.
