What launch-day data are you most curious to know?

One thing I have always been curious about other product launches on PH is what kind of traffic they would be getting on their launch day.
So as we prepare to launch https://thursday.social/ on PH soon, I thought, why not make our stats public. So tell me, what real-time data/stats do you want to see on our public launch-day tracker page?

Would love to see conversion from launch day traffic.

@gouthamj @nishith_shah -- I'd also like to see what happens in the immediate 2-3 days after, so that too. Good luck on the launch!

@gouthamj @nishith_shah -- as a user, each day I'm upvoting and visiting many websites without actually using them (and bookmarking the useful ones for future use). Curious if most people are like me and what a PH launch does beyond a spike website hits for one day.
Would be interesting to know what time of the day sends the most traffic.

@shahdeepa @anil_meena21 Yes, agree. Plotting unique visitors against time would help visualize the traffic data better.
Great to know about this product and hopefully we will get to know more about it Kudos to you guys
I'd look at conversion from visitor to beta sign up to compare it with other channels.
btw. I love your Landingpage. The value proposition is very clear described and convincing. Looks like a great product. I wish you luck with your PH Launch!

@nishith_shah Amazing experience. But I am wondering how you can engage and retarget your users then. Do They add their mail-address at some point in time? This would be my conversion event in this case.

@stephi Honestly, that's a challenge. We were going back and forth between having people sign-up before they start/join the social, or make it super easy and take all the friction out. We went with taking all the friction out - and doing what is best for the users.
We do have a feedback form at the end of the social where they can optionally provide us with their email along with the feedback.
You are right, we should add that to our conversion funnel.
@nishith_shah I am really curious to see how this experiment turns out. From my perspective you take friction out of the process with Social Sign ins as well. If I were your Productmanager my hypothesis would be that users feel less secure if they did not sign up. Did you test such a hypothesis with users?
And: Have you ever tried whereby.com. Their target group might be quite close to yours. Their signup process and entire product is also extremely slim and userfriendly.

@stephi Loving this discussion and feedback. :)
We have very minimal data to support one way or the other. We started out with having a social signup. And we questioned ourselves why we really needed people to signup and so about a month back, we removed it. In most of our feedback in this last month, no-sign-up is usually mentioned as the wow thing. But I hear you - and we will know more tomorrow once we launch it here. :)
All in all, we are very early stage - just 3 months since we wrote our first line of code. :) So we are learning and adjusting as we speak.
Wonderful what you achieved! I will definitely watch out for you!
