I acknowledge that there are many tricks, but the real truth is very simple—make a good product. A good product that can solve problems is often the source of long-term value and intrinsic motivation.
Definitely focus on your unique value prop! What's the one thing you do better than anyone else? Maybe it's your UI/UX, or some killer feature no one else has. Zoom in on that and really nail the messaging around why it matters for your target customers. People don't want just another SaaS app, they want the best solution for their specific pain point. Own that!
It's all about your unique value prop and solving that pain point better than anyone else. Maybe you have a slick UX that makes the job 10x easier. Or you use AI/ML to automate manual steps and save users a ton of time. Find that special sauce that sets you apart from the generic competitors. Focus on being the best at that one thing customers really care about and you'll crush it.
Feature set is key. Focus on providing a narrow but compelling set of features that solves your target customer's pain points 10x better than alternatives. And keep iterating based on user feedback to widen your moat over time. Easier said than done but that's the goal!
