Errors in calculating the time required to complete a task.
@nickanisimov Same! I always under estimate the time required for tasks :"( Please let me know if you've found a way to solve this problem.
Problems always face me based on the number of problems I have, but one decision can take away all the problems and that is "I give in".
Launching soon!
Mainly when developing my SaaS I face a lot of issues. I’m not the best programmer.
Unable to have consistent productivity. I always find myself having an instant burst of energy and would complete many tasks in a short period of time, but once I cool down, I tend to do things a lot slower. I tried to plan my day ahead to combat this problem, but please if anyone has any suggestion, would love to hear it! :)
@charisliao Honestly, I think everyone has this problem. It is impossible to be equally effective all day.
@charisliao I've just admitted to myself that it's a natural thing and I can't always work equally productively. I also mentioned some patterns and can often predict my ups and downs.
For instance, my productivity drops when 95% of a large project is done. It also drops when I don't have a vacation for a long time, or on the first day after vacation.
If you monitor your productivity, it is possible to minimize at least some downs. Plan lighter activities for such periods, don't worry about it, start slow, add more exciting tasks, plan rewards for yourself, etc.
@oleg_eltsov Totally agree! It’s comforting to know that everyone struggles with this. I’ve been trying to plan my tasks around my energy levels, but it’s definitely a work in progress. Thanks for sharing—it’s a great reminder to go easier on myself!
@anton_osipov I really like your suggestion about planning lighter tasks for slower periods. I’ve been trying to tackle the most challenging things during my bursts of energy and save the simpler tasks for when I’m feeling less productive. Rewards are a great idea too—I think I need to get better at incorporating those!
It’s reassuring to know that productivity doesn’t always have to be consistent and that it’s more about working with those natural rhythms. If you have any other tips or strategies, I’d love to hear them!
I often find myself overwhelmed with too many tasks, especially when I have to juggle multiple things at once. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to tackle first.
I always face various problems, but one of the most common issues is feeling tired all the time. It seems like no matter how much rest I get, I can't shake off the fatigue.
Work-life balance is something I’m constantly fighting with. I tend to get so caught up in work that I forget to take breaks or even enjoy my personal time. How do you all manage to balance both?
@jordan_bulk I think in the early stages of a startup, no one manages to stay balanced.
Keeping track of all my passwords securely is a huge headache. I’ve tried password managers, but I always forget to update them. It’s something I struggled with regularly.

@hassan_fiaz there are many SaaS doing that? Would you trust them handling the pw for you?
@hassan_fiaz Try built-in feature of Chrome/Edge to store passwords securely (I'm not 100% sure about that) and also write/update them in encrypted form somewhere out of the reach of the internet.
@hassan_fiaz I never even thought about such a problem; I must check my logins and passwords :)
I often feel physically exhausted in both work and life. Although I exercise regularly, I can't seem to improve beyond a certain point.
