What’s a piece of advice you once ignored but now swear by?

For me, it was 'Launch before you feel ready.' As an entrepreneur, I used to hold back, waiting for the perfect product or plan. But I’ve learned that starting early, even when things aren’t perfect, allows you to adapt and grow faster with real feedback.

Launching soon!
For me, it was the advice to take regular breaks during work. I used to think powering through nonstop was the way to go, but now I swear by those short breaks to recharge. It's amazing how just stepping away for a few minutes can boost creativity and focus.

Same thing here. Used to overthink, trying to arrive at something perfect before I could start. Now I just get started and let spontaneity guide me.
