Giving breaks every 25 min, 50 min or 1 hours. Who determines these numbers and why? If you can remain focused why not work more?

Waking up at 5 am is the ticket to productivity, say the gurus. But it's never worked out for me, since family activities/obligations mean I don't get to bed until 10-11 pm. I get a lot more done when I've had 7+ hours of sleep! 🛌

I used to think that multitasking was the key to being more productive. Turns out, it just splits your focus and can actually slow you down. Now, I try to focus on one task at a time and get it done properly before moving on. It’s made a huge difference in my efficiency and stress levels!

The idea that multitasking makes you more productive. I’ve learned it’s way better to focus on one thing at a time and give it your full attention.
