The skill I deeply admire in others is the ability to transform complexity into clarity. Those who can distill intricate challenges into straightforward, actionable steps are truly invaluable.

One skill I admire in others is effective communication. This skill is essential, especially during a new company setup in Dubai. Clear and concise communication helps convey ideas, build strong relationships, and avoid misunderstandings. Whether it's presenting a business plan to investors or collaborating with a team, being able to express thoughts confidently can lead to better outcomes. Additionally, good communicators can listen actively, which fosters a positive working environment. This skill not only benefits individuals but also contributes to the overall success of the business as it grows and adapts in Dubai’s dynamic market.

Someone who has the ability to execute. Everyone has a lot of ideas, but it's hard to really execute them quickly and stick to them

Ooh, that's a good one! For me, it's got to be the ability to stay calm under pressure. You know, those people who are like zen masters in a crisis, just calmly taking control without breaking a sweat? I admire that so much because I'm over here trying not to lose it over a forgotten coffee order! 😆 And, honestly, I've noticed people with those calm vibes often manage to think things through more clearly, which is why they're so good at handling curveballs. It’s something I’m constantly working on—maybe one day!

@koshevoysergey said it perfectly. Explaining technical, specific information into a manner that anyone can understand.

@linda_yanlin I like this one! Especially in a society that expect more from us. We have to understand that it's oke to fail, and that failure is just part of the processes to getting things done!

@rhexai That's right. For a startup, it's commenplace to fail and the maker must have faith in their product, keeping optimizing and improving, until they make a great product
