What’s going on with Product Hunt Ship?

Question

I recently started using Product Hunt more, and I started telling my friends about it and getting them on here (I was in love with the building in progress page feature and started my own).

But then just last week (on 12/8) I noticed an email went out notifying me that Product Hunt is rethinking Ship and how it interacts with Product Hubs.

At this point, I’m genuinely just confused about what is even happening right now on PH so I just wanted to start a discussion about it as a point of reference. Please drop thoughts/ any details you know about it in the comments!

I have the same question! I reluctantly paid for it recently for the Upcoming page only to receive that email which sounded to me like they were sunsetting it. Hope it still has some value leading up to my launch!

@mattli Damn yeah that is such a bummer!! I'm so disappointed that they're sunsetting it - I was really hoping to use it and would've happily paid for it
