I believe the screening problem can be already solved with multiple products.
I'd add "taking notes during all the meetings and screenings" and using some kind of "Ai-based notes assistant" that would provide you with a meeting summary after the call.

@aga_jaskiewicz Any insights on why do HRs mostly avoid using smart ways or tools?
Automating the recruitment process could be a very promising problem to solve for HRs. This would include automating the initial screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback from candidates. This could save HRs a lot of time and effort.

@shoaib_iqbal3 what type of feedback do the HRs collect? Do you mean about their interview experience or something else too?

Automating the candidate screening and selection process is a promising problem to solve for HRs. By utilizing AI-driven tools, the application can efficiently analyze resumes, assess candidates' skills, and match them to the right job roles, saving time and resources while improving the overall hiring process.

I believe that onboarding and training are prime candidates for automation.

Screening relevant candidates from lots of resumes is a big time-consuming and challenging task for any HR. My friend and I've built a product that can assist in interacting with the documents, like resumes, employee onboarding docs, other HR documents, etc. (https://www.producthunt.com/post...)
