Building products can be exciting but also exhausting at times. Do you have a small habit or routine that keeps you motivated and productive every day? Whether it’s a morning ritual, a tool you swear by, or just taking breaks to walk your dog—I'd love to hear what works for you!

For me, setting clear priorities for the day and focusing only those makes a big difference in staying productive.

Everything that I want to finish today should be on the calendar.
That way time is blocked for that task and I can give my undivided attention to that task.

Create an ios gadget that shows how much is in your bank account, so your daily habit can be looking at it every day to remind you how broke you are to stay productive (just kidding!!)
Let me try again: check your stripe dashboard every day to see how much you made in sales!!
The Pomodoro Technique works great for me. Breaking my day into focused 25 min blocks with short breaks in between keeps me on track. I've also found the BeFocused Pro app super helpful for timing my pomodoros and logging my progress.
My game-changer has been the 'touch it once' rule - when I open something (email, Slack, task), I handle it right then instead of letting it marinate in my brain all day. Insane how much mental space is freed up for actual building. Plus, I keep a physical notebook next to my computer to catch random ideas without falling into the digital distraction trap.
I stay productive by starting each day with clear, prioritized goals.
To tackle the hardest task first thing in the morning. It's when I'm most energized and knocking out the big stuff early in the day helps me feel accomplished and frees up my mind for the rest of the work
