Definitely time blocking! Setting aside dedicated focus time each day to work on top priorities without distractions. Also regular weekly reviews to assess progress, adjust plans, and ensure I'm spending time on what matters most for moving the business forward.
I’ve found that staying organized has been a power booster for me. Keeping everything from tasks to deadlines in check really helps me stay on top of things.
