Launching soon!
Found that using a dedicated launch-day Slack channel with status updates from our key systems was helpful. It cut the usual flood of 'is this working?' messages by 80% and kept everyone focused on their roles instead of getting lost in communication threads.

A simple dashboard showing real-time stats like signups, orders, and error logs was a lifesaver for us. Kept everyone on the same page without constant back-and-forth. Also had a hotline to our payment processor's support team on speed dial just in case.
Using a real-time dashboard tool like Databox or Geckoboard to track key launch metrics was super helpful. It let us see our progress at a glance without having to dig through spreadsheets or Slack threads. Definitely cut down on the chaos and kept the team focused on what mattered most.
We set up a 'war room' Slack channel for real-time monitoring of key metrics, error logs, user feedback, etc. Kept the core team laser focused and enabled rapid response to any issues that popped up. Shaved hours off our resolution times. Definitely doing this for all future launches!
