Whether it's a skill, a mindset shift, or a cool fact? 🧠 For me, it is how I perceive my fear of heights and my conscious approach to change it. I wasn't born with it. And if I had gained that fear over the past years, I believed I could overcome it. And now, after a few challenging experiments, I am here, free of my fear of heights!!
