One habit I wish I had started two years ago is daily meditation. It's a practice that helps promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve focus.

I'd say A/B testing everything. Small changes can sometimes lead to big conversion boosts, like Optimizely has demonstrated.
Writing online consistently.
Being an active contributor in communities.
Practicing self-care and recognizing the need to recharge my mind and body. AND to stop scrolling on social media at 1 am.
