Learn how to breath.
We all know how to breath, but we do not know how different your life can be if you actually control your breathing. It all starts from there.
You can feel more relaxed, less strained, more energetic and calm, if you manage to control your breathing on a conscious level.
I am talking about everyday breathing, not just during meditation or yoga or during similar practices.
It has really been a game changer for me.
