@william_mathews1 our startup is simplifying gift-giving to employees - and we use gift card arbitrage - buying gift cards from providers for less than their value and then selling them for their full price

I’d say subscription is always the most sets anh SaaS for success. It’s stable, recurring and predictable. Otherwise it’d make it tough to survive on the long run.
You’d see one video from YC explaining all revenue models and their conditions for success.
