hey product hunt people! 👋 i’m in process of launching a newsletter to support my new product. and i’m trying to decide on the best tool to get started. my goal is to build an engaged community around the product, share insights and updates on our 'build in public' story. there are too many options: substack, mailchimp, convertkit, beehiiv, etc. and it’s a bit overwhelming. here’s what i’m looking for: • ease of use: i need something intuitive since i want to focus more on content and engagement, not learning complex software. • affordable pricing: i’m just starting out, but i want a platform that can grow with me. • growth potential: features like automation, segmentation, and referral programs would be great as my subscriber base grows. i’m also curious about any hidden pitfalls i should watch for: • are there platforms that make it hard to export your subscriber list later on? • do costs increase significantly as your list grows? • how do these tools handle deliverability?
