Looking for a good calendar for time blocking to set tasks directly as events in calendar.
What’s the best one with a free tier ?

People really sleep on the default apps. They are the best!

I would recommend our app, Outset Wellness. The app syncs to users' calendars, adapts to the weather and learns what works best for them to provide them with personalised indoor and outdoor activities (www.outsetwellness.com). We are planning to launch in early September - any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Trello.
Trello integrates with Google Calendar and other calendar apps to provide a visual and flexible approach to time blocking. Trello’s boards, lists, and cards system allows for detailed task management, while the Calendar Power-Up enables you to view your tasks in a calendar format.
The free tier includes enough functionality to effectively manage and block time for tasks. Hope this helps. :)
I prefer using Microsoft Outlook It combines email and calendar in one app.
I highly recommend Todoist for its simplicity and powerful features. it keeps me organized and boosts my productivity!
For me Any.do app, a simple to do list to manage it all
Google Calendar! TBH I'm a very 'calendar'-and-'stick-to-the-rules' person, so it helps me to stay on the track each and every time :D
It also helps me finish each task accordingly and not carrying over those things onto the next day.
@evan_christophers thanks, didn’t know Google calendar had a task management option
And like you I like to stick to the rules.
If it’s not on the calendar it doesn’t exist. If it is, it has to be done 😂
