When launching a product, what's the best way to handle new user onboarding? Meaning the entire process from sign up to doing a demo / walkthrough.

Hi Brian, that’s a great question! I’m actually a building a product for gamified interactive onboarding and engagement for B2B SaaS and would love to help you — both product, and advice. I’d say, a key thing is to define your ICP and what pain points they want to solve with your product. Based on this create segments (if you have) and think about aha moments they’d need to achieve — it’s when your user experiences the value for the first time. Next step: build a habit related to this core value. You should know what’s the best frequency for them, and based on this take them back to your platform, engage and make them repeat same action in different ways.
