When trying out a new tool, what type of onboarding experience do you prefer?

A good onboarding video is key! I like to keep them under 2 mins, highlight the top 3-4 features, and use fun visuals/music to get users pumped to dive in. Loom is my go-to for creating slick product intro vids. Interactive product tours using tools like Appcues or Userpilot are great for more complex products too, to walk users through key flows step-by-step.

For sure, an engaging onboarding video is the way to go! Keeps new users' attention and gets them pumped to dive in. Could even gamify it a bit - give 'em a quick quiz at the end to test their product knowledge. The key is making it fun and not a boring lecture, ya know?
