We quickly provide rock-star full-time resources with exact requirements without any upfront costs to US/Canada-based clients. We can provide resources within a few days and at 20-40% lower cost by providing resources from international locations. We are an alternative to dev shops or Upwork.

Great news for those who are just starting out on their own. I started my business in May of this year and the first months were hard because I didn't know the basics. I was lucky then to find The chalkboard app to get their support, get the right advice and basically ease the chore that every business owner faces. For those starting out, it's also a helpful resource.

There are a few different ways to reach small businesses that may be interested in lower-cost top talent:
1. Through online job boards: job boards like Indeed or Craigslist often have a section specifically for small businesses, where they can post openings for positions they need to fill.
2. Through online directories: websites like Indeed or Glassdoor list businesses by size, so small businesses can be filtered out and contacted directly.
3. Through networking: attending small business events or connecting with small business owners through social media or professional networking sites like LinkedIn can be a great way to get introduced to hiring decision-makers at small businesses.
