Trying to better understand all potential new first-time authors. What’s holding you/them back and why. What are your own thoughts?

Starting a book is tough, especially the first time. What got me going was just writing something down, even if it was messy. I also needed help with structure, so I turned to https://edubirdie.com/write-my-e... to get a bit of guidance. It made things less intimidating, and before I knew it, I had a draft. Honestly, taking that first step is the hardest part. Just dive in, and it’ll start to come together.

Start by writing a little bit every day to build a habit. Use writing prompts or brainstorm ideas to get the creative juices flowing if you get stuck. Having an outline helps too - map out the overall structure and key plot points before diving into the details. Just get words on the page and worry about refining later. You got this! 💪📖
