The other person must be your exact opposite when it comes to talents. There’s only so much time in the day to handle sales or development. Know who you are and find the partner who can help take the burden of the other stuff off. Everyone is so worried about equity but if you can never scale your company then the equity isn’t worth anything anyway.
Also, give me a follow back, our product is ideal for a company like yours, because we were a company like yours.

More minds, more ideas, more work, motivating each other. A lot of people argue that there will be conflicts, but as long as the aim is improving your product each of their opinion and feedbacks can be incorporated. If we weigh both pros and cons, pros outweighs the cons by a huge number as solo hustle though not impossible but very difficult to achieve. Discipline and multi tasking are the two main things that are needed with consistency.
@ishan_shah11 Absolutely – collaboration fuels growth, and when everyone's focused on the product, the pros of teamwork totally crush the cons!
