1. To communicate challenges within the business. You have to take ownership and that includes a responsibility of where things are not going according to plan and why and what the solution is.
2. To invest time on valuable people and activities. Investments in time should yield reward for all.

with everything changing so fast, being able to pivot and stay open to new ideas has been key.
