It's relatively easier to acquire users than to retain them.
Validate idea extensively before building a product. Also curb my ego and take feedback as form of support. How about you Sahil?

    1. To communicate challenges within the business. You have to take ownership and that includes a responsibility of where things are not going according to plan and why and what the solution is. 2. To invest time on valuable people and activities. Investments in time should yield reward for all.

@slimmy82 Yes, there are many productivity tests in different companies. People can work 5-6 hours a day and fulfill the norm by 20 percent more.
@ixord if people worked efficiently, I bet you could do the same 9H day in 5H-6H
@ixord sadly people are also judges on working hours instead of achieving results

the biggest lesson for me this year has been the importance of flexibility and adaptability. with everything changing so fast, being able to pivot and stay open to new ideas has been key. it's about rolling with the punches and finding opportunities in challenges. curious to hear, what's everyone else's biggest lesson this year?

This year has been a journey of learning, especially in developing my product. The biggest lesson is patience pays off. Progress may take time, but every step forward is a win.
@priyankamandal love this, patience is key as long as you’re taking action and being consistent.

Perseverance is the key, it was hard but I kept to the schedule. I learned a lot.
