    What’s the most significant technical hurdle your team has encountered recently, and how did you go about solving it?

    The biggest technical challenge our team faced this year was integrating new software tools into our existing systems. As we expanded our operations, we needed to adopt more sophisticated solutions for project management and data analytics. However, aligning these tools with our current workflows proved to be complex. We encountered compatibility issues between different platforms, leading to data silos and inefficient processes. Additionally, training the team to effectively use the new tools while minimizing disruption to ongoing projects required careful planning and communication. To overcome this challenge, we organized collaborative training sessions and sought feedback from team members to ensure everyone felt comfortable with the new systems. Ultimately, this experience highlighted the importance of thorough planning and testing during technology integrations and reinforced our commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.

We solved it by creating an automated deployment that packaged, signed and notarized our application. Now anyone on our team can package the application for production in under 10 min!
