For me, the very first thing I do is organize today's tasks using Notion. In the past, I used to check my email inboxes first, but I've switched to organizing my tasks first as it seems to be a more effective use of my time.

Organize my tasks, which includes checking my email because there might be some things in there I need to take action on.

Review my to-do list and prioritize tasks for the day. This helps me focus on what's most important and sets a clear direction for the day ahead.

First thing is always coffee! β˜• Then a quick scan of Slack and email to make sure there are no urgent fires to put out. After that, I spend a few mins planning and prioritizing my tasks for the day in Todoist. Having that focused task list helps me hit the ground running. πŸƒβ™‚πŸ’¨ What about you - any morning routine hacks that help you start the day productively?

First things first, I check for any urgent messages from my boss or colleagues on Slack. Then I open my email and sort through it, responding to anything time sensitive. After that, I look over my task list for the day and prioritize what needs to get done. Usually I hop on a standup call with my team to sync up after that. Oh and of course I grab a big cup of coffee to get through it all! β˜•πŸ’»
