I have been building something or the other since I was in college. Miniature robots, ecom stores, app prototypes, and what not The latest and one of the most interesting side-project I built was this: While traveling to a remote and cold village-like place in the mountains, I met a small-cafe owner couple. Due to low connectivity and budget, but high tourism, they were struggling to keep a track of customers, their orders, and payments. They wanted a simple, no-cost, low-tech 'Sales record keeping mechanism'. So I opened Google sheets. xD I gave them a link in which all they had to do was add the customer's name, select the item ordered from a drop down, and later update the payment status. That's it. I also added custom features and analytics like revenue stats, best sellers, etc all on Google sheets. They loved it! And I accepted payment with a week's worth of free hot chocolate. 😌

It's still in the works but almost completed. I'm currently developing an AI API that allows users to run our AIs on the cloud through an API. Hope we can expand it to more than a side project, but that's the stage it's currently at right now. If anyone is interested in seeing my progress, feel free to follow me @TheRealEtch on twitter
