For me, it's been all about building a strong foundation and then layering on growth strategies. Here's the breakdown: Referral program: This has been absolutely crucial. Strategic partnerships: Teaming up with complementary businesses has been another game-changer. In this setup, our existing users earn rewards for bringing in new customers and can even mentor them on how to use our product.
