AI is becoming increasingly integrated into our daily routines, sometimes in ways we might not even realize. I’m curious what’s the most unexpected way AI has improved your workflow? Whether it’s automating mundane tasks or providing new insights, let’s share how AI is making a difference in our day-to-day operations.

For me it's all about efficient planning, from meal ideas for the week to scheduling minor daily tasks. This way I can create a more intentional and productive routine, while I get to focus on the creative side of things.

AI tools have greatly improved my work efficiency. They save me time in various ways, such as: - Summarizing long texts and capturing key points, almost like having a personal assistant. - Correcting grammar and enhancing the readability of my text, articles, and emails. - Restructuring articles to improve flow or adapt them to different styles or audiences. Quickly providing answers to my questions, whether I need a brief response or a detailed explanation. - Translating text into other languages, which is especially useful when I encounter unfamiliar words or phrases in a long sentence written in a foreign language. Previously, I had to use translation tools to translate each word individually to verify the result, which was time-consuming and often inaccurate. - I also rely on AI tools to assist with coding tasks, including debugging, writing scripts, and explaining code. So far, the results have been reliable. In addition to AI, I use other tools to reduce time-consuming tasks. Here are two examples: - iBoysoft MagicMenu ( https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ ): This Mac app expands file handling options when I right-click a file or within Finder. It allows me to quickly create new files, move/transfer/reorganize files, copy file paths, provide fast access to folders, files, or applications, create custom file templates, and more. - OpenMultipleURLs ( https://chromewebstore.google.co... ): This Chrome extension can take a list of web pages in plain-text format and open them all in new tabs automatically and quickly. Without it, I would have to open each URL manually, one at a time. There is also a Firefox extension available for this purpose.

first pass at code for a new feature or boilerplate. its like having a team of devs working for me that don't get tired and have infinite patience for my dumb questions and change orders.

For repetitive tasks, I'm loving how AI can automate video editing and social media post creation. Tools like Runway and Tome save me so much time creating short clips and visuals from longer videos. They handle the tedious parts like identifying key moments, removing filler words, and auto-generating captions and thumbnails that used to take me forever to do manually. Such a game changer in my day-to-day content workflow!
